Dana Oaks, a senior healthcare executive, led ERH Healthcare as President of Operations during the COVID-19 pandemic overseeing multiple hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. He served 14 years with HCA Healthcare as a CEO in Florida with oversight of Woodmont Hospital (formerly University Hospital and Medical Center) and JFK Medical Center North Campus. Prior roles with HCA included COO of Ogden Regional Medical Center and Associate Administrator at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, CA.

Dana holds an MBA and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and previously worked as Director of Business Development at Molina Healthcare of Utah.

Dana teaches at Utah Valley University's Woodbury School of Business and is a co-founder of Scribematic. Dana is a grandson of Stella H. Oaks. He and his wife Anna have four wonderful children.
